Care guarantee
What does our care guarantee entail?
At the beginning of your pregnancy, or when you start with us, you choose your personal midwife. She will guide you throughout the entire process, both prenatally and postnatally. Should she be absent due to illness or vacation, we guarantee a follow-up by another midwife from our team.
We're here for you from the moment you return home after giving birth. Your regular midwife will make your first home visit within 24 hours, so we can quickly address any questions or concerns. We'll visit you daily until day 5 after birth. We can even provide follow-up care for you and your baby for up to a year after birth. We offer daily care at home, including weekends and holidays.
Do you have a question or are you worried about something? You can reach your midwife 7 days a week by phone.
Do you urgently need a breast pump? We have several machines that you can borrow free of charge for up to one week, provided you provide a deposit, until you can rent one from the pharmacy or through your health insurance fund. Availability depends on the time of day.
